
1. Lay out a sheet of seaweed.
2. Dip a brush in sesame oil and spread it evenly over the surface of the seaweed.
3. Sprinkle an appropriate amount of seasoned salt (or fine salt).
4. Roast the seaweed using a frying pan or microwave.
- When roasting seaweed in a frying pan, roast it quickly (a few seconds).
- If the appropriate time is exceeded, the color of the seaweed changes to a lighter shade.
- If more time passes, the seaweed burns as if scorched by fire.
