All international orders are shipped under DAP (Delivered At Place) terms unless otherwise stated.

Under DAP terms, customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, customs fees, value-added taxes (VAT), goods and services taxes (GST), brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee displayed at checkout.

Please note that customs policies vary by country, and customs clearance procedures may cause delivery delays beyond our control.

If a customer refuses to pay applicable duties or taxes and the shipment is returned to us, any return shipping costs, customs charges, or related fees may be deducted from the refund amount.

For orders shipped under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms, all applicable duties and taxes will be collected at checkout, and customers will not be required to pay additional charges upon delivery.

6. Order Tracking

Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become active.

8. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

9. Split Shipments
